TERRANCE BLOTT

Both my partner in business and in life, we work very well together servicing our clients’ needs and helping them to fulfill their hopes and dreams.

Terrance is originally from Regina, Saskachewan and comes from a sales oriented family as well. His father owned and operated the prestigious British Leighland Dealership, where Terrance first cut his teeth in the sales world.

Terrance, too, has a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours Degree. Having obtained his Real Estate license in 1976, he went on to obtain his Broker’s license in 1983.

An invaluable partner, Terrance has dealt in all types of real estate markets along with me and has routinely worked with all types of clients from first time buyers to elite housing. He has also amalgamated land deals for builders and worked with them from start to finish with their initial plans to the final sales of their product.

Terrance, too is an exceptional negotiator and obtains the best price possible for his clients whether they are selling or buying.

CAMERON BLOTT

Cameron is our daughter and is now the fourth generation of our family to work in the real estate business. Cameron graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in 1998 and obtained her real estate license in 2002.

A former Assistant Manager of one of Canada’s major banks, she brings a vibrant dynamic to our team and excels in customer service.
